- Store in the freezer for cold therapy and it remain soft and flexible for treatment (must be placed in freezer for a minimum of 1 hour).
- CorPaks can also be warmed in microwave for heat therapy.
- Can be used for up to 20 minutes.

Heating Instructions:
- First, heat in microwave for 30 seconds
- Continue heating for 10 seconds at a time until desired temperature has been reached
- Knead after each heating.
